Another blustery day but Jamie made good use of his new tri bars with a personal best - a great ride in the conditions. A DNS from Mike & Steve to allow more recovery for pulled muscles after their recent spill on the tandem trike but they should be back in training next week for the Breckland '12' - just a month to go now !
